You'll fall for this heart healthy, flourless, high protein pumpkin pancakes! Exceptionally filling and tasty too!
PUMPKIN PROTEIN PANCAKES
1/3 cup organic, canned, pure pumpkin
1/2 tsp real vanilla extract
6 tbsp liquid egg whites
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Whip above ingredients with a whisk until smooth and then add:
2 scoops Jay Robb Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (or your personal fav)
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
Stir completely and measure by 1/4 cup pours into a skillet prepared with non-stick cooking spray. Once the edges become firm, flip and cook on other side. These cook really fast so you'll be fueling up with this high powdered meal in no time!
