Be present in the moment with your meals. Pause and reflect on what you are about to eat and ask yourself, "What will this do for me?", "What kind of energy will I get from eating this food." Ask yourself if the food you are about to eat will lift you up and make you feel light and energetic or will it compress your energy and make you feel uncomfortable and heavy? Every time you eat is an opportunity to nourish your body so choose wisely!
